This study was aimed to explore the diagnostic value of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS) in brain tumors under the fuzzy C-means (FCM) algorithm. The two-dimensional FCM hybrid algorithm was improved to be three-dimensional. The MRI images and MRS spectra of 127 patients with brain tumors (low-grade glioma group) and 54 healthy people (healthy group) were analyzed.

First, the residual dual-attention module (RDA module) was used for automatic segmentation of renal cysts in CT images. 79 patients with renal cysts were selected as research subjects, of whom 27 cases were defined as the test group and 52 cases were defined as the training group.

The present study was aimed to investigate the effect of orlistat on an oral squamous cancer line HSC-3 as well as the underlying mechanism. Cell Counting Kit-8 (CCK-8) (Dojindo, Shanghai, China) was used for the analysis of proliferation, Annexin V-FITC and propidium iodide staining for apoptosis and flow cytometry for cell cycle distribution. Western blot assay was used to determine the alteration in the expression of cyclin D1, B1, E and CDK1.

Stromal cell-derived factor-1α (SDF-1α) is an important chemokine which plays a critical role in the homing of mesenchymal stem cells (MSC), while, the shortcomings including short half-life and easy degradation by enzymes made it in relatively low efficacy. In this work, SDF-1α/chitosan/carboxymeymethy-chitosan nanoparticles (SDF-1α/CS/CMCS NPs) were prepared and characterized for various parameters including morphology, particle size, zeta potential, loading efficiency and the release characteristics from thermosensitive chitosan/β-glycerol phosphate disodium salt (CS/GP) hydrogels.
