Introduction: Cold-shock precipitating proteins - cryoglobulins damage various vessels and, depending on the localization of damages, may lead to functional disorders of various organs and body systems. Evidently, cryoglobulinemia may have a negative influence on the reproductive system's condition, thus, this process requires detailed study.

Material And Methods: Clinical examples, indicating connection between cryoglobulinemia and spermatogenesis impairment are presented in the article.

Influence on pro- and anti-inflammatory cytokines of an ill person is an urgent aspect of treatment of many diseases. For inhibition of synthesis of a high level of pro-inflammatory cytokines, medications which are recombinant monoclonal antibodies, especially to tumour necrosis factor α (TNF-α), are used. However, these methods of treatment require further improvement by elaborating new approaches with a wider spectrum of influence on the immune system.

Data are submitted from the experimental study of anti-immunodepressive effects of koumiss from cow milk. Koumiss as a feed supplement for white mice and chickens was found out to make for a notable increase in the number of animal specimens exhibiting a strong immune response to the antigens they had been previously immunized with. The immunostimulating effect was pronounced as well in those animals having previously received massive doses of prednizolone.
