High levels of anthropogenic impact on the environment requires a detailed study of the features of the influence of heavy metals and ionizing radiation on living organisms, and provides for the development and use of effective means of protecting the body from its negative influence. The purpose of the work was to study the characteristics of the exchange of bile pigments of rats under the action of ecopathogenic factors (ionizing radiation and cadmium) on the organism and the corrective properties of liposomes on the basis of milk phospholipids. An analysis of the chromatographic studies of bilirubin and derivatives (nonconjugated bilirubin, bilirubin sulfate, billirubin glucuronide, urobilin and stercobilin) in the whole blood, liver, jejunum contents and feces under the action on the animal organism of ecopathogenic factors (ionizing radiation and cadmium) indicate material violation of the exchange bile pigments that may be due to the destabilization of the structural and functional hot hepatocytes.

Liver protein synthesis was estimated comparing the levels of prothrombin and its inactive form PIVKA-prothrombin. The latter indicates liver dysfunction. These diagnostic tests allow monitoring the effectiveness of the commonly applied preparation "Essentiale Forte" and that of the liposomal form of the biologically active additive (BAA) FLP-MD based on phospholipids of various origin.

It is shown that cadmium chloride administration (1 mg/kg, 14 days) leads to the activation of the oxidative processes in the cells and decrease of the antioxidant enzyme activities including mitochondrial enzymes. The revealed inhibition of the hepatic superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity considerably determined by the effect on mitochondrial Cu, Zn-SOD.

The modifications of structural and dynamical features of membranes at the use of BAA FLP-MD have been shown. The similarities arising in the versatile destructive changes of membranes are as follows: modification of the lipid phase structure of the membrane, changes in dynamical properties of membrane components and topography, disorders of hydrophobic protein-lipid interactions, conformational changes of protein molecules etc.

It is experimentally proved, that chemical composition of bile and duodenal contents may be corrected by including drugs with reparation actions in the rehabilitation circuit, in particular those made on the basis of phospholipids of various origin: biologically active additive FLP-MD and preparation "Essentiale".

As a result of our investigations it has been found, that the state of sub-compensated respiratory-metabolic acidosis with gradual recovery of electrolytic composition of blood serum was observed in calves which have had dyspepsia by the 30th day of life. At the same time in calves, which obtained milk phospholipids in a form of biologically active additive FLP-MD, more rapid recovery of acid-base balance of blood was diagnosed. The mentioned above was proved by the presence of compensated metabolic acidosis with simultaneous stabilization of blood serum electrolytic composition in calves which obtained biologically active additive FLP-MD.

The paper deals with a possibility of correction of the data of carbohydrate metabolism in one-month-old calves recovered after dyspepsia using biologically-active additive based on milk phospholipids.

Obtained reliable changes of the blood plasma lipidogrammas testify to development of dyslipidemia. It is characterized by hypercholesterolemia and hypertriacylglycerolemia of recovered 30 days old calves 3 weeks after diseases symptoms past.

The obtained reliable changes of blood plasma lipidogrammas testify to development of dyslipidhaemia, hypercholesterolhaemia and hyperthreacylglycerolhaemia as well as the deficiency of choline fractions of phosphatide--main structural components of cell membranes. It was established that changes of lipid and phospholipid spectrum of the blood plasma caused by enteropathology could be corrected by the inclusion of reparative therapy remedies to dyspepsia treatment plan, in particular, experimental phospholipids-containing remedy, which is prepared on the basis of milk phospholipids--their natural source for newborn calves.

The intensive development of lipids peroxidation with simultaneous deficit of antioxidant protective factors in organism of calves, which have had neonathal enteropathology was shown. The effectiveness of phospolipid preparation FLP-MD, which makes antioxidant protective mechanisms stronger during this pathological state, and may be recommended as a drug for reparation therapy in complex scheme of dyspepsia medical treatment and proves a necessity of the antioxidant preparations application.

Considering the latter their organism acid-base balance natural stabilization is characterized by the certain dynamics which is being disturbed displays a quick development of adaptive reactions. The new-born ones' organism capability to support the acid-base homeostasis has been identified as considerably determined by their tissues alkaline reserve level.

The modelling of metabolic acidosis and alcalosis states proves that AAB is capable to influence on the haemoglobin parameters and its oxiform levels in the blood of newborn animals. The quantitative redistribution of the indicated haemoglobin forms in blood of the experimental animal is estimated as compensator process and is explained by their buffer properties. The investigated regularities revealed some aspects of adaptive mechanisms manifested during the abnormal exit of the newborn organism from the respiratory-metabolic acidosis state.
