Management of Hard Palatine Fistula Caused by Granulocytic Sarcoma: Case Report.

Granulocytic Sarcoma (GS) is a rare condition with a wide list of differential diagnosis and debatable guidelines of treatment in different cancer centers. Most of literature recommended systemic chemotherapy with or without radiation therapy and small role of surgery. One of the rarest sites for myeloid sarcoma is hard palate, which usually worsen the quality of life of the patient due to difficulty in feeding, drinking and speaking.
