Neuroendocrine breast carcinoma (NEBC) is an uncommon and malignant breast lesion. The absence of proper testing for this type of breast cancer carcinoma exacerbates this paucity. Additionally, only scant evidence of these tumors is present because of the repeated revisions in their diagnostic criteria throughout time.

Immune check point inhibitor has made far-reaching changes in the management of lung adenocarcinoma improving drastically the prognosis. We present a case of a 50 years old women beneficiary of pembrolizumab who has suffered an acute pneumonitis diagnosed with CT imaging the days following the initiation of the drug. The occurrence of immune-related events such as pneumonitis complicates the use of immunotherapy and requires a well verse radiologist in the matter to diagnosis and helps prevent further aggravation.

Abdominal wall hernias are a common imaging finding. Their most common complications include bowel obstruction, incarceration, strangulation and trauma. We report an exceptional case of spigelian hernia in 55 years old women complicated by perforation and massive subcutaneous emphysema which was correctly diagnosed by CT scan.
