Background: Interdigital tinea pedis is a common type of tinea pedis that occurs between toes and is easy to recur. Recently, the skin microbiome analysis of interdigital tinea pedis showed changes in bacterial microbiome in addition to fungal infection.

Objectives: To investigate the efficacy and safety of clioquinol 3% cream in treating interdigital tinea pedis as well as characterize changes in the skin microbiome during treatment.

Dermatologists' Perceptions and Factors Influencing the Selection of Topical Anti-Inflammatory Agents for Atopic Dermatitis in China: A Cross-Sectional Survey Study.

Objective: Topical corticosteroids (TCS), topical calcineurin inhibitors (TCI), and phosphodiesterase 4 (PDE-4) inhibitors are three common topical anti-inflammatory agents for treating atopic dermatitis (AD). The purpose of our study was to understand Chinese dermatologists' perceptions and the factors influencing their choices of the three agents.

Methods: An online questionnaire survey was conducted between 25 July 2022 and 25 August 2022 among Chinese dermatologists.

Rubber concrete (RC) has been used in fatigue-resistant components due to its durability, yet the numerical simulation of its fatigue properties remains in its early stages. This study proposes a cohesive zone model (CZM) that accounts for the accumulation of fatigue damage at the mesoscale to investigate the fatigue performance of RC. The model integrates static and fatigue damage in the CZM, effectively capturing damage caused by fatigue loading.

Therefore, to improve the prediction accuracy of rubber concrete strength, an artificial neural network model with hybrid algorithm optimization was developed in this study. The main strategy is to mix the simulated annealing (SA) algorithm with the particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm, using the SA algorithm to compensate for the weak global search capability of the PSO algorithm at a later stage while changing the inertia factor of the PSO algorithm to an adaptive state.
