Objective: To Study the protective effect of curcumin on three models of experimental liver injury in mice.
Method: The experimental models of live injury were induced by carbon tetrachloride (CCl4), D-galactosamine (D-Gal N), and Bacillus Calmette-Guerin (BCG) Plus lipolysaccharides (LPS), respectively, in mice. The serum ALT, AST, NO and liver MDA were measured to evaluate the protective effect of curcumin on experimental injury in mice.
