Moreover, the interaction of Cu(M)(2)·nH(2)O with 1a, 3a and 7a gave 4,4'-bis(morpholine)diazene (1b). In fact, in these reactions, copper(II) ions acted as oxidizing agent.

Objective: Determination of the levels of IFN-gamma (pro-inflammatory) and IL-4 (anti inflammatory) cytokine expression as indicators of Th1 and Th2 immune responses in gastric cancer (GC) and non gastric cancer (Non GC) dyspeptic patients by gene specific RT-PCR.
Materials And Methods: Biopsy specimens were collected from three groups of gastric cancer (GC=18), non ulcer dyspepsia (NUD = 38) and peptic ulcer patients (PUD=20).
Cellular migration is an essential prerequisite for metastatic dissemination of cancer cells. This study demonstrates that the neuron/testis-specific F-actin-targeted inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate 3-kinase-A (ITPKA) is ectopically expressed in different human tumor cell lines and during tumor progression in the metastatic tumor model Balb-neuT. High expression of ITPKA increases invasive migration in vitro and metastasis in a xenograft SCID mouse model.
