Premature ventricular contraction (PVC) is characterized by early repolarization of the myocardium originating from Purkinje fibers. PVC may occur in individuals who are otherwise healthy. However, it may be associated with some pathological conditions.

To explore potential alleviation strategies, we investigated the impact of inoculation with Bacillus velezensis, and the application of acetylsalicylic acid (ASA) via foliage application (FA), which promote plant growth and enhance stress tolerance.

Our aim was to establish and characterize a non-immortalized SHED cell line as an accessible resource and novel platform for stem cell research and tissue regeneration studies.
Methods: A Healthy exfoliated deciduous molar was extracted from a 12-year-old girl and shipped to an animal cell culture laboratory.
The periarticular adipose tissues play a crucial role in knee biomechanics, yet they are often overlooked in daily radiology practice. As the primary mechanical shock absorbers of the knee, intra-articular fat pads reduce the friction between intra-articular structures during joint movement. They also contribute to inflammatory regulation, endocrine secretion, and pain detection.

Here we aimed to determine the long-term efficacy of Care for Child Development (CCD) guideline interventions on behavioral dimensions of children's development.
Methods: This randomized clinical trial took place at an outpatient public Pediatrics clinic in Isfahan, Iran from February 2020 to May 2024.
Background: Traumatic brain injury (TBI) is a major cause of death and disability in the United States. There is a suggested association between TBI and stroke, emphasizing the need for increased medical monitoring post-trauma. We conducted a systematic review and meta-analysis to investigate the link between previous TBI and the future diagnosis of any type of stroke.

This article reviews the currently available prostate cancer FT techniques, discusses the key imaging findings that affect patient selection and treatment planning, and illustrates the spectrum of expected and abnormal post-treatment MRI findings.

By screening candidate genes frequently gained in cancer, we identified expression of ubiquitin-like modifier activating enzyme 1 (UBA1) as being the most negatively correlated with signatures related to effector CD8+ T-cells. High UBA1 expression was strongly predictive of treatment resistance and poor survival in ICB cohorts.

Contents of analyzed elements were then determined using ICP-OES. The results illustrated that the average contents of As, Cd, Cu, Mn, Ni, and Pb were 1.

Imaging plays a crucial role not only in assessing left ventricular ejection fraction, but also in characterising the underlying cardiac abnormalities and reaching a specific diagnosis. By providing valuable data on cardiac structure, function and haemodynamics, imaging helps diagnose the condition, evaluate haemodynamic status and, consequently, identify the underlying pathophysiological phenotype, as well as stratifying the risk for outcomes.

Resveratrol (RV-3, 5, 4'-trihydroxystilbene) is a natural compound found in plants like red grapes, berries, and peanuts, with promising effects on dental health. It helps strengthen tooth enamel by promoting remineralization, making the teeth more resistant to decay caused by acid-producing bacteria. RV also shields dentin, a vulnerable layer beneath the enamel, from erosion and sensitivity.

Various methods, including the use of probiotics, have been suggested to prevent oral disease. The present study was conducted to investigate the probiotic products available in Iranian pharmacies that are used for the prevention of dental disease.

Caries, which is mainly caused by , is one of the bacterial diseases that imposes a heavy cost on society. The present study was conducted to investigate the probiotic products available in Iranian pharmacies that are used for caries prevention.

Roof stability is heavily influenced by the time-dependent properties of the rock mass above the workings. This study uses rock displacement testing to examine the effect of time-dependent properties on roof stability and resistance reduction in coal mines in Iran.

Background: The treatment of vitiligo is a persistent challenge in dermatology. New treatments are being offered and studied in this field for those resistant to or intolerant of classical therapies.
Aims: In this systematic review, we study the use of prostaglandin analogues (PGAs) and phosphodiesterase inhibitors (PDEIs) in the treatment of vitiligo, as they are known for their pigmentation inducing effects through activating melanocytes.
Wellbore stability analysis is a critical component of petroleum engineering, evaluating the risks of sanding, reservoir compaction, and casing failures. Laboratory rock mechanical measurements must be scaled up to reservoir scales to achieve accurate results. One challenge lies in upscaling dynamic measurements from petrophysical logs to pseudo-static elastic properties, which has significant implications for oil and gas operations.

The results illustrated that the average contents of all the analyzed elements were greater than those in the background contents, which presumably demonstrated anthropogenic sources of these potentially toxic elements (PTEs). The greatest concentrations of the analyzed PTEs for different functional areas were observed in specimens collected from commercial or industrial areas, indicating the impact of human entries.

Large vessel occlusion, constituting a significant portion of acute ischemic strokes, presents serious patient outcomes. Occlusions involving multiple extracranial vessels are rare but pose challenges in early detection due to potential absence of overt symptoms.

In hydrocarbon systems, sealing faults commonly form part of a structural trap; they are thus important elements for future storage of CO and other gases in depleted reservoirs. The Triassic Montney Formation in western Canada hosts low-permeability gas reservoirs containing sealing faults that have previously been assumed to compartmentalize pressure domains.
