Introduction: Brucellosis is still a significant emerging threat to public health, as it can infect humans, wild, domestic animals, and livestock. Hence, the current study aims to determine the frequency of canine brucellosis (CB), its relationship with clinical findings and reproductive disorders in kennel and farm dogs, and its importance on public health.

Materials And Methods: From January 2022 to December 2023, a total of 150 blood samples were taken from 100 adult dogs in breeding kennels and 50 shepherd dogs in breeding farms in Kerman, Iran.

Background: The recognized role of Anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) as a marker for women's biological age and ovarian reserve prompts debate on its efficacy in predicting oocyte quality during IVF/ICSI. Recent findings challenging this view compelled us to conduct this study to examine the correlation between AMH levels and quantity/quality of oocytes in IVF/ICSI procedures.

Methods: The data were collected retrospectively from the medical records of 320 women between 25-42 years old.

COVID-19 pandemic has affected all aspects of human life including social, economic, healthy behaviors and even individual relationships. This study aimed to investigate the effect of corona virus outbreak on assisted reproductive technology (ART) outcome. In this retrospective and prospective cohort, 260 ART cycles of ovum pick up (OPU), fresh embryo transfer (ET) and frozen embryo transfer (FET) were evaluated in 223 women (from December 2019 to February 2020) and during COVID-19 outbreak (February and July 2020) in an infertility center.

Background: Advances in recombinant DNA technology led to the development of recombinant follitropin alfa. Recombinant human follicle-stimulating hormone products are used to stimulate follicular maturation.

Objective: To compare the efficacy and safety of a biosimilar-candidate recombinant human follicle-stimulating hormone (Cinnal-fⓇ; CinnaGen, Iran) with the reference product (Gonal-fⓇ; Merck Serono, Germany) in women undergoing ovarian stimulation for intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI).

Background: Gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) analogues have been extensively utilized in the ovarian stimulation cycle for suppression of endogenous rapid enhancement of luteinizing hormone (LH surge). Exclusive properties and functional mechanisms of GnRH analogues in fertilization (IVF) cycles are clearly described. This study was performed to evaluate clinical and molecular impacts of the GnRH agonist and antagonist protocols in IVF cycles.

There is a paucity of data regarding the safety and efficacy of antidepressant therapy in women with polycystic ovary syndrome and depression. The effect of antidepressant medications on circulating prolactin levels is of concern in this patient population. We aimed to evaluate the effect of sertraline on depression severity and serum prolactin levels in women with polycystic ovary syndrome and mild-to-moderate depression.

Background: Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is the most common cause of ovarian dysfunction associated with infertility, Oligomenorrhea or amenorrhea, hirsutism, acne, and obesity. A large body of evidence unraveled, three major groups of genes play critical roles in underlying PCOS molecular mechanism. The aim of this study is to investigate critical exonic variant of , and and determine the functionality of these mutations in Iranian patients with PCOS.

To compare the effect of dydrogesterone and Gonadotropin releasing hormone (GnRH) antagonists on prevention of premature luteinizing hormone (LH) surge and pregnancy outcomes in infertile women undergoing Invitro fertilization/ Intra cytoplasmic sperm injection (IVF/ICSI). In a Randomized controlled trial (RCT), two-hundred eligible women undergoing in vitro fertilization (IVF) /intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) treatment were randomly assigned into two groups. Human menopausal gonadotropin (HMG) was administered for controlled ovarian stimulation (COS) in both groups.

To investigate the relationship between insulin resistance and hepcidin levels in patients with PCOS. In this case-control study fifty- six patients with PCOS and forty - one healthy control subjects were included. Plasma levels of hepcidin, IL-6, Serum Insulin and ferritin using ELISA method, serum iron levels using a spectrophotometric method, and Insulin resistance by using HOMA were measured in the two groups of PCOS (case group) and healthy subjects (control group).

Endometriosis is a debilitating disorder, defined as the presence of endometrial gland and stroma outside of the uterus. It may affect angiogenesis and is one of the angiogenic factors that plays an important role in both physiological and pathological angiogenesis. The present study aimed to evaluate the association of -2549 insertion/deletion (I/D) polymorphism with endometriosis.

Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) is an endocrine metabolic disorder with unclear etiopathogenesis among reproductive age women. Evidences show genetic susceptibility and environmental factors were associated with PCOS. The aim of this study was to find the association between urinary concentrations of Bisphenol-A as an endocrine disrupting chemical (EDC) and PCOS.
