Unlabelled: Cyclin-dependent kinase 4/6 (CDK4/6) inhibitors are approved for breast cancer treatment and show activity against other malignancies, including KRAS-mutant non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). However, the clinical efficacy of CDK4/6 inhibitors is limited due to frequent drug resistance and their largely cytostatic effects. The crystallinity and structure of the nanoparticles (after removal of the protein shell) were evaluated by high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM), atomic force microscopy (AFM), and scanning tunneling microscopy (STM). The isomorphous compounds [M(CH(3)OC(4)O(3))(2)(H(2)O)(4)] (M = Mn, Co, Ni, Zn) are C(2) symmetric and crystallize in the monoclinic space group C2/c. The metal atom in each of these complexes is six-coordinate with two cis 1-methoxycyclobutenedionate(1-) ligands, the methoxy substituent being oriented cis with respect to the ligating oxygen atom.

Interviews were conducted to determine: exposure to pets and to gases, vapours and dusts from hobbies; the use of gas stoves; fireplaces, air conditioners and humidifiers; type of heating systems; and the number of residents, and the number of smokers in the home. The forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV1) was obtained from maximum expiratory flow volume curves, and symptoms from the application of a standardized questionnaire.
