T-cell prolymphocytic leukemia (T-PLL) is a rare mature T-cell lymphoma that is usually associated with poor prognosis and short overall survival. We present a case of a 61-year-old woman presenting with T-PLL and the leukemic cells harboring (-breakpoint cluster region; -ABL protooncogene 1) fusion transcripts as the result of a variant of t(9;22)(q34;q11) called Philadelphia translocation: t(9;22;18)(q34;q11;q21). Sequencing revealed a rare transcript with an exon 6 breakpoint corresponding to e6a2 transcripts, which has thus far been reported in only 26 cases of leukemias.

Several ion currents in the mammalian ventricular myocardium are substantially regulated by the sympathetic nervous system via β-adrenergic receptor activation, including the slow delayed rectifier K current and the L-type calcium current. This study investigated the downstream mechanisms of β-adrenergic receptor stimulation by isoproterenol (ISO) on the inward rectifier (I) and the rapid delayed rectifier (I) K currents using action potential voltage clamp (APVC) and conventional voltage clamp techniques in isolated canine left ventricular cardiomyocytes. Two model experiments were conducted to investigate the different protein and amino acid supply of laying hens fed split feeding (SF) diets. Legumes have evolved a nitrogen-fixing symbiotic interaction with rhizobia, and this association helps them to cope with the limited nitrogen conditions in soil. Current density, the membrane current value divided by membrane capacitance (C), is widely used in cellular electrophysiology. The aim of this study was to identify whether IgG/IgM autoantibody ratios differ between patients with incomplete systemic lupus erythematosus (iSLE), patients with SLE, and healthy controls (HCs), and whether IgG/IgM autoantibody ratios relate to progression from iSLE to SLE.
