This article analyzes the clinical efficacy and drug safety of rivaroxaban in the prevention and treatment of senile thromboembolic disease. The results showed that after treatment, acute thrombosis disappeared in patients with acute venous thrombosis, and no new or recurrent venous thrombosis, pulmonary embolism and death occurred.
