Purpose: Therapeutic options for patients with platinum-resistant ovarian cancer (PROC) remain a major unmet need. PROC patients with multiple recurrences are unable to continue highly toxic treatment after prior multiple lines of systemic therapy. Chemotherapy-free option lenvatinib plus anti-programmed cell death protein-1 (PD-1) combination therapy has shown promising results in several malignancies including ovarian cancer, but the toxicity of a high starting dose of lenvatinib is also notable and needs to be improved.

Low-grade fibromyxoid sarcoma (LGFMS) is a rare soft tissue tumor composed of bland spindled cells in a variably fibrous to myxoid stroma. Its occurrence in the vulva region is rare, and thus, it may not be always taken into account in the differential diagnosis. Here, we describe a 34-year-old woman presented with a right vulvar mass and underwent complete surgical excision.
