Background: Offspring consistently exhibit similar imaging features as their parents in cases of degenerative lumbar scoliosis (DLS). Nevertheless, the role of genetic factors in the pathogenesis of DLS remains uncertain.
Methods: A prospective analysis was conducted on 35 patients with DLS and their 36 offspring.
Background: To explore the surgical outcome of enlarged posterior column osteotomy (EPCO) plus intervertebral cage strutting (ICS) for patients with lumbosacral nerve bowstring disease (BSD).
Methods: The clinical data of 27 patients with BSD that surgically treated with EPCO plus ICS from January 2018 to March 2021 were retrospectively reviewed. Patient demographics including age, gender, body mass index (BMI), duration, length of hospital stay, SF-36 were recorded.

Methods: Three hundred and sixty-seven patient medical records from January 2020 to December 2021 were retrieved. The patients were divided into two groups: PSJP group and N-PSJP (non-postoperative sacroiliac joint pain group).
