We report a trace gas sensing technique of cavity-enhanced light-induced thermoelastic spectroscopy (CE-LITES) with a Fabry-Pérot (F-P) optical cavity and a high-quality-factor resonant quartz tuning fork (QTF). Pound-Drever-Hall (PDH) locking method is used to lock the laser to the optical cavity. With only a short 9-cm optical cavity (finesse, ∼1283) and a tiny commercially available standard QTF (Q-factor, ∼38910), a CE-LITES sensor for acetylene detection was developed to demonstrate this technique, achieving a minimum detection limit (MDL) of 7.

Overexpression of CD30 has been reported on the surface of some T-cell lymphomas, especially on Hodgkin's lymphoma (HL) and anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL). CD30 targeted immunotherapy has good clinical therapy response. We have produced a novel antibody drug conjugates (ADCs)-anti-CD30-LDM, which shows attractive tumour-targeting capability and extremely potent antitumor efficacy.

Developing a corrosion-resistant and electrically conductive coating on metallic bipolar plates is essential to mitigate the performance degradation induced by the high cathodic transient potentials (CTPs) in the start-up/shut-down (SU/SD) processes of polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cells (PEMFCs). Herein, a zirconium oxynitride (ZrNO) coating prepared by atomic layer deposition was used to improve the corrosion resistance of 304 stainless steel (304 SS) toward anodic dissolution at various CTPs. Triangular potential pulses were applied to the specimens to simulate potential variations at the cathode side of the PEMFCs at SU/SD stages.

The perovskite-type lanthanum ferrite, LaFeO, has emerged as one of the most promising candidates for highly efficient photocatalytic materials. However, the intrinsic drawbacks of inferior surface hydrophilicity (related to the absorption and transport of water), weak visible-light adsorption (related to the absorption of photon) and poor charge separation efficiency (related to the active substance that can actually participate in the reaction) seriously limit its photocatalytic efficiency. Herein, LaFeO is encapsulated by conductive polyaniline (PANI) aerogel on the surface to simultaneous moderate these deficiencies.

Most nonsignalized T-shaped intersections permit U-turn movements, which make the traffic conditions of intersection complex. In this paper, a new cellular automaton (CA) model is proposed to characterize the traffic flow at the intersection of this type. In present CA model, new rules are designed to avoid the conflicts among different directional vehicles and eliminate the gridlock.
