Objective: This study aims to assess the application and effectiveness of tumor-informed Minimal Residual Disease (MRD) detection using circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) for predicting disease recurrence and survival outcomes in ovarian cancer patients.
Methods: Between 2020 and 2022, 31 newly diagnosed stage II-IV ovarian cancer patients were enrolled in this retrospective study. All patients completed standard treatment, including cytoreductive surgery and platinum-based chemotherapy, achieving a complete remission (CR) without receiving first-line PARP inhibitor maintenance therapy.
Iodinated X-ray contrast media (ICM) was frequently detected in the aqueous environment. In this work, the applicability of three graphene-based nanomaterials (graphene nanosheets (GNS), graphene oxide (GO), and reduced graphene oxide (rGO)) for the adsorptive removal of the six ICMs including iohexol, iopamidol, iomeprol, iopromide, iodixanol and ioversol from aqueous solution was firstly evaluated by batch adsorption method. Among the three graphene-based nanomaterials, the GNS displayed the best adsorption performances for the adsorption of the six ICMs.

Retrospective studies show worse outcomes for platinum-based chemotherapy after progression of PARP inhibitor-maintenance therapy, especially in BRCA-mutant patients. We aimed to describe subsequent therapy in ovarian cancer patients after PARP inhibitor-maintenance therapy and evaluate their response to treatment.

Herein, a fluorine-free design strategy of incremental rotors for preparing iridium luminogens with excellent photobleaching resistance and high-brightness aggregation-induced emission (AIE) is presented. The incremental rotors gradually improve the rotational activity of substituents, efficaciously activating the AIE with synchronously improved aggregation-state luminescence efficiency, which is theoretically confirmed by the variations of dipole moments and experimentally verified by the luminescent lifetimes.

Methods: We reviewed the clinicopathological data of patients with histologically confirmed epithelial ovarian cancer, fallopian tube cancer and primary peritoneal adenocarcinoma, who were diagnosed and treated at the Department of Gynecologic Oncology of Peking University Cancer Hospital between May 2012 and January 2022.
Results: A total of 155 patients were eventually enrolled in this study, with 77 as first-line chemotherapy (FL) and 78 as recurrence therapy (RT) among which 37 patients were platinum sensitive and 41 were platinum resistant.
Objective: T-cell receptor (TCR) repertoire diversity is getting increasing attention as a predictive biomarker in cancer patients. However, the characteristics of the TCR together with its predictive significance for high grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) patients receiving poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase inhibitor (PARPi) maintenance therapy remain unknown.
Methods: Twenty-seven patients with HGSOC were analyzed including 22 patients receiving PARPi maintenance therapy and 5 untreated patients as control.
Haze pollution events often occur in the heavy industry city of Jiyuan. Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) are the precursors of secondary organic aerosol (SOA), which accounts for 15%-20% of particulate matter (PM). Here, PM, O, VOCs, and trace gases were monitored by using online instruments in Jiyuan from December 1 to 31.

This study aims to integrate novel biomarkers for predicting platinum sensitivity in EOC after initial cytoreductive surgery precisely. To this end, 60 patients were recruited from September 2014 to October 2019.

However, how to realize the organic combination of highly sensitive and high-resolution tumor imaging diagnosis and effective treatment, and to provide effective information for the diagnosis and treatment of cancer is still a major problem in the integration of cancer diagnosis and treatment. In this study, based on the Crizotinib has a good targeted inhibitory effect on ALK positive tumor cells, the near-infrared targeted fluorescent dye IR-780 was covalently bound with the drug molecule Crizotinib, thus the near-infrared fluorescent probe IR-780-Crizotinib targeting ALK positive tumor cells was synthesized.

Objective: To observe the efficacy of Zaozhu Yinchen Recipe (ZZYCR) on non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) patients, and to explore its effect on serum free fatty acid (FFA) and tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-alpha).
Methods: Totally 120 patients with NASH were randomly assigned to the treatment group (60 cases, treated with ZZYCR, one dose per day) and the control group (60 cases, treated with Silibin Meglumine Tablets, 20 mg each time, thrice per day). The therapeutic course for all was 24 weeks.
To observe the effect of geniposide on non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), and discuss the mechanism of geniposide for NAFLD from the aspect of free fatty acid, forty healthy Wistar male rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, geniposide and Xuezhikang group. The rats in normal group were fed with normal diets, and the rats in other 3 groups were given with high-fat diet for 8 weeks to induce the NAFLD models. From the week 5 to end of week 8, the rats in geniposide and Xuezhikang group were intervened with corresponding medicines.

The aim of this study was to address the mechanism of Gardenoside on HepG2 cellular steatosis induced by free fatty acids (FFAs). The model of HepG2 steatosis was duplicated by oleic and palmitic acid at the proportion of 2:1 (FFAs mixture) for 24 h, then lipid toxicity was induced.
