As a common digestive disease, acute pancreatitis (AP) often threatens the life of patients. Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) derived exosomes have exhibited some benefits for AP. However, the mechanism remains unclear and deserves to be further investigated.

Introduction: Programmed cell death 1 ligand 1 (PD-L1) can be upregulated in cancer cells via interferon gamma (IFNγ) in the tumor microenvironment. IFNγ/PD-L1 signaling is associated with the response to immune checkpoint blockade in melanoma patients. Our previous investigation indicated that the microsatellite instability-high (MSI-H) cell line might exhibit selective hyperresponsiveness to IFNγ treatment, which contributes to increased PD-L1 expression and may be a mechanism of response to anti-PD-1 therapy in colorectal cancer.

Our study found the changes in morphological features of the LAJs in some patients, and revealed the causes and consequences of the changes in morphological features of the LAJs.

Methods: A total of 93 cases of CAAD were included in this retrospective study. The obliquity and slippage of the FLAJs in the sagittal and coronal planes were measured and observed in the CT images of all of the cases.
Symptomatic epidural hematoma (SEH) after anterior cervical spine surgery is very rare, but it has disastrous consequences for the patients. Timely diagnosis and evaluation can effectively reduce the sequelae of neurological deficit in SEH. The purpose of this study was to retrospectively analyze a subset of clinical data of SEH after anterior cervical spine surgery, and to investigate the risk factors and treatment experience of this serious complication.

However, emerging evidence makes the use of programmed death ligand-1 (PD-L1) as a biomarker problematic. Here, we sought to characterize the interactions between PD-L1 expression and the response to PD-1 blockade therapy in BALB/c mice with a subcutaneous tumor challenge.
