Breast cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in women worldwide. Although large language models (LLMs) can provide breast cancer nursing care consultation, inherent hallucinations can lead to inaccurate responses. Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) technology can improve LLM performance, offering a new approach for clinical applications.

Eight lactating rabbits with similar body weight were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group (BPA) and the control group (Ctrl). The group BPA was orally administered 80 mg/kg/day BPA on the 15th day postpartum, while the group Ctrl received a corresponding volume of vehicle.

Efficacy, safety, and pharmacokinetics from the MajesTEC-1 China cohort are reported.
Methods: Patients received teclistamab 1.
Exposure to fine particulate matter (PM) is recognized to induce atherosclerosis, but the underlying mechanisms are not fully understood. This study used ambient PM samples collected in one of the highly polluted regions of Guanzhong Plain in China (2017-2020) and an ApoE mouse model to investigate the association between exposure to PM and atherosclerosis. Despite a substantial decrease in the ambient concentration of PM from 266.

Pertussis is still endemic and difficult to control though with universal vaccination in children. The resurgence may be related to multiple variables, such as increased disease awareness and laboratory tests, waning of immunity following vaccination, and/or genetic mutations of Bordetella pertussis.

To overcome this, we designed a homography matrix optimization method to describe the relative positional relationship between images by constructing the original image matrix and applying singular value decomposition to denoise the homography matrix. Additionally, we implemented a scale-invariant feature transform (SIFT) to extract feature points.

Some lipids can effectively enhance the storage stability of starch gels by the formation of starch-lipid complexes. The present study aimed to investigate the effects of glyceryl monopalmitate (GMP) on gelatinization, rheological and retrogradation properties of Japonica rice starch (JS) at different conditions and to analyze the correlation between the physical-chemical properties and structural characteristics of the JS-GMP complex.

The prevalence of four important drug resistance phenotypes was studied: difficult-to-treat resistance, fluoroquinolone resistance, carbapenem resistance, and extended-spectrum cephalosporin resistance, and to provide reference basis for preventing and treating BSIs diseases in children.
Methods: Strain identification and antimicrobial susceptibility tests were independently performed at each hospital.
Zearalenone (ZEN), a mycotoxin from Fusarium fungi, impairs fertility and milk production in female animals; however, the mechanisms remain poorly understood. Using the bovine mammary epithelial cells (MAC-T) as the model, this study investigated the impacts of ZEN on programmed cell death (PCD) and milk fat synthesis and explored the underlying mechanism. We found that 10 ng/mL prolactin (PRL) notably enhanced the differentiation of MAC-T cells, promoting the expression of genes related to the synthesis of milk fat, protein, and lactose.

EphA2 is overexpressed in many solid tumors and contributes to oncogenesis, tumor-associated angiogenesis, and metastasis.
Materials And Methods: The primary objectives were to investigate the safety and tolerability of BT5528 and to define the maximum-tolerated dose, if observed, and recommended phase II dose (RP2D)/expansion dose.
Mercury ion (Hg) is considered a harmful neurotoxin, and real-time monitoring of Hg concentrations in environmental and biological samples is critical. Fluorescent probes are a rapidly emerging visualization tool owing to their simple design and good selectivity. Herein, a novel fluorescence (FL) probe 2-(4-((6-((quinolin-8-yloxy)methyl)pyridin-2-yl)methyl)piperazin-1-yl)anthracene-9,10-dione (QPPA) is designed using piperazine as a linker between the anthraquinone group, which serves as a fluorophore, and NO as the Hg ligand.

Here, we introduce biocompatible and compressible hollow microlasers that realize all-optical assessment of cellular stress within organoids. The laser spectroscopy yields identification of cellular deformation at the nanometer scale, corresponding to tens of pascals stress sensitivity.

Methods: Pathogen data of hospitalised children with CAP, including multiple direct immunofluorescence test for seven viruses, bacterial culture and polymerase chain reaction (PCR) for Mycoplasma pneumoniae, were analysed across three phases: Phase I (pre-NPIs: 1 January 2019 to 31 December 2019), Phase II (NPI period: 1 January 2020 to 31 December 2020) and Phase III (post-NPIs: 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2023).
Results: A total of 7533 cases were enrolled, including 2444, 1642 and 3447 individuals in Phases I, II and III, respectively.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to establish and validate machine learning-based models for predicting the risk of venous thromboembolism (VTE) in intensive care unit (ICU) patients.
Patients And Methods: The clinical data of 1494 ICU patients who underwent Doppler ultrasonography or venography between December 2020 and March 2023 were extracted from three tertiary hospitals. The Boruta algorithm was used to screen the essential variables associated with VTE.
Apoptosis-inducing factor mitochondrion-associated 2 () has been identified as a gene with anti-ferroptosis properties. To explore whether exerts anti-ferroptosis role in yaks (), we cloned yak gene and analyzed its biological characteristics. The coding region of had 1122 bp and encoded 373 amino acids, which was conserved in mammals.

Context: Traumatic brain injury (TBI) can result in lifelong cognitive, emotional, and motor impairments. The emergency department is the first stop for diagnosing and treating patients with acute TBI, and the quality of nursing care can greatly influence the prognosis and progression of a patient's condition. Currently, standardized evaluation tools are lacking in the world for assessment of the quality of nursing care.

The regulation of teichoic acid biosynthesis is tightly controlled during pneumococcal competence; however, the mechanism governing this regulation and its impact on transformation remains poorly understood. We demonstrated that a defect in lipoteichoic acid ligase (TacL)-mediated lipoteichoic acids (LTAs) biosynthesis was associated with impaired pneumococcal transformation.
