This open-label, single-arm, phase 2 trial evaluated the efficacy and safety of neoadjuvant sintilimab combined with anlotinib and chemotherapy, followed by adjuvant sintilimab, for resectable NSCLC. Forty-five patients received anlotinib (10 mg, QD, PO, days 1-14), sintilimab (200 mg, day 1), and platinum-based chemotherapy of each three-week cycle for 3 cycles, followed by surgery within 4-6 weeks. Adjuvant sintilimab (200 mg) was administered every 3 weeks.

This paper aims to investigate the internal structure of student academic resilience in language learning, to assess its global and dimensional levels and to examine the gender and age-related differences. Therefore, 1,653 English as a foreign language (EFL) learners, including junior and senior high school students were selected as participants to complete the questionnaires. The results of exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses unveiled a four-factorial structure of student academic resilience in English learning, including positive individual characteristics, family support, teacher support and peer support.

It is well-established that the combined use of nanostructured substrates and immunoaffinity agents can enhance the cell-capture performance of the substrates, thus offering a practical solution to effectively capture circulating tumor cells (CTCs) in peripheral blood. Developing along this strategy, this study first demonstrated a top-down approach for the fabrication of tetrahedral DNA nanostructure (TDN)-NanoGold substrates through the hierarchical integration of three functional constituents at various length-scales: a macroscale glass slide, sub-microscale self-organized NanoGold, and nanoscale self-assembled TDN. Water plays a crucial role in various heterogeneous catalytic reactions, but the atomic-scale characterization of how water participates in these chemical processes remains a significant challenge. Here we directly visualize the promoting role of interfacial water in the deprotonation of formic acid (FA) on a metal surface, using combined scanning tunneling microscopy and qPlus-based noncontact atomic force microscopy. We find the dissociation of FA when coadsorbed with water on the Cu(111) surface, resulting in the formation of hydronium and formate ions.
