A new triarylindanone and a new isobenzofuranone derivative from .

A new triarylindanone, namely selagindanone A (), and a new isobenzofuranone (), 3,4-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)isobenzofuran-1(3)-one, were isolated from . Their structures were elucidated by comprehensive spectroscopic and mass spectrometric analyses, including 1 D-, 2 D-NMR and HR-ESI-MS. Compound possesses a unique structural feature of triaryl-substituted in the skeleton of 1-indanone.
