Background And Purpose: Chuanxiong Qingnao Granles (CQG), has been used to treat migraine headache (MH) for many years. However, current investigation of CQG have primarily focused on clinical studies, and the potential mechanisms underlying of its effects on MH have not been fully elucidated. In the present study, we applied an integrated approach of transcriptomics and metabolomics to elucidate the therapeutic mechanisms of CQG in nitroglycerin (NTG)-induced MH injury.

This article systematically analyzes the differences in diagnostic and treatment principles, material composition, new drug development pathways, efficacy cognition, and evaluation methodology between Chinese and Western medicine from the underlying logic of medical perspective. On this basis, it integrates the evidence elements of clinical experience, experimental research, and clinical trials, and for the first time proposes and establishes a new strategy and methodology for the evaluation of the effectiveness of TCM: the integrated evidence chain-based effectiveness evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine(iEC-Eff), forming an integrated evaluation and confirmation model of "clinical experience-experimental research-clinical trial" for the effectiveness of TCM.

Proteomics can track changes in relevant functional molecules during the occurrence and progression of diseases from an overall, molecular, systematic, and flux perspectives. Utilizing proteomic techniques to deeply explore the functional targets, molecular mechanisms, and network effects of MI and HF can aid in early diagnosis, early warning, and drug treatment of these diseases.

With the advent of the "post-pilot era" of traditional Chinese medicine formula granules, there are still a series of policy, technical, and industrial issues that need to be addressed in their production, regulation, and application practices. This article systematically reviews the development history and relevant policy evolution of traditional Chinese medicine formula granules, and summarizes the current industrial status in terms of quality standards, medical insurance payments, and market landscape. Based on a comparative analysis and positioning discussion between traditional Chinese medicine formula granules and traditional herbal decoctions, it is believed that the following practical issues still exist in this field:(1)A reasonable competitive evolution mechanism has not yet been formed, making it difficult to "improve quality and efficiency" of products;(2)The number of national standards is limited, and local standards operate independently;(3)Production processes are relatively constrained;(4)There is a contradiction between fixed equivalents and fluctuations in raw materials;(5)Market positioning needs to be clarified, and medication scenarios are limited.

Unimodal (A,V) and bimodal (AV) stimuli were presented on either side, with ERPs from unimodal (A,V) stimuli on the same side being compared to those from simultaneous bimodal stimuli (AV). Non-zero results of the AV-(A + V) difference waveforms indicated audiovisual integration on the left/right side.

Pharmacological treatment of osteoporosis is the focus of current research, and anti-osteoporosis drugs usually play a role in inhibiting bone resorption, promoting bone formation, and having a dual role. However, most of the drugs have the disadvantages of single target and high toxic and side effects.

Sesamin, sesamolin, or sesamol was added to 3 models: lysine+glucose (MR), cold-pressed sesame oil (SO), and MR + SO, and were heated at 120 °C for 60 min. All three lignans suppressed SO oxidation while increasing DPPH scavenging ability (p < 0.

The aging mice model was induced by intraperitoneal injection of D-galactose(D-gal). Mice were randomly divided into a control group, model group, melatonin group(MT group), and low, medium, and high dose groups of Xiyangshen Sanqi Danshen Granules(XSD-L, XSD-M, and XSD-H).

In the present study, we assessed the potential of Xinshubao tablet (XSB), a traditional Chinese prescription widely used for cardiovascular diseases, to mitigate neuropathological damage in a mouse model of VaD and elucidated the underlying mechanisms. Our findings revealed that oral administration of XSB rescued the cardiac dysfunction resulting from bilateral common carotid artery stenosis (BCAS), improved the cerebral blood flow (CBF) and cognitive function, reduced white matter injury, inhibited excessive microglial and astrocytic activation, stimulated hippocampal neurogenesis, and reduced neural apoptosis in the brains of BCAS mice.

Fracture is one of the common diseases in the department of orthopaedics and traumatology. Jiegu Qili Tablets(Capsules) are a Chinese patent medicine commonly used to treat fractures in clinical practice, which has been included in the Class A drugs of the catalog of medicines covered by the National Medical Insurance System. However, no consensus or guideline has yet been developed to guide clinicians based on an evidence-based approach in detail, which has severely limited the clinical value of this drug.
