Posttransplant lymphoproliferative disorder (PTLD) is a heterogeneous group of diseases with abnormal proliferation of lymphoid tissue and classical Hodgkin lymphoma (CHL) type PTLD is a very rare subtype. We describe a successfully diagnosed and treated CHL-PTLD stage IV pediatric patient, 8 years after liver transplantation. The patient was treated with standard CHL (Children's Cancer Group 5942 group 3) chemotherapy, rituximab and reduction of immunosuppressant.

Background: Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) with internal tandem duplication in FMS-like tyrosine kinase 3 (FLT3-ITD) is associated with poor outcomes. This study aimed to analyze the outcomes of pediatric AML patients with FLT3-ITD mutations in the pre-FLT3 inhibitor era.

Methods: We retrospectively reviewed and identified 18 patients diagnosed with non-M3 AML with FLT3-ITD mutations at Seoul National University Children's Hospital between May 2008 and August 2019.

Wilms tumor is the most common renal malignancy in children. Most of Wilms tumor recurrences occur within 2 years of the first diagnosis. Relapse after 5 years after the first diagnosis is called "late recurrence" and is rare in Wilms tumor.
