This study aims to integrate a convolutional neural network (CNN) and the Random Forest Model into a rehabilitation assessment device to provide a comprehensive gait analysis in the evaluation of movement disorders to help physicians evaluate rehabilitation progress by distinguishing gait characteristics under different walking modes. Equipped with accelerometers and six-axis force sensors, the device monitors body symmetry and upper limb strength during rehabilitation. Data were collected from normal and abnormal walking groups.

Sucrose transporters (SUTs) play an important role in the transmembrane transport and distribution of sucrose, and their activity has an important impact on plant growth and crop yield. In this study, the SUT gene family was identified in the whole beet genome using bioinformatics methods, and gene characteristics, subcellular localization prediction, phylogenetic evolution, promoter cis-elements and expression patterns were systematically analyzed. A total of 9 SUT gene family members were identified from in beet genome and divided into 3 different groups (group 1, group 2, and Group 3), which were unevenly distributed on 4 chromosomes.

The city on social media has become a hot topic in the study of city communication and city image. From the perspective of spatial theory and the communication characteristics of social media, this paper divides the spatial imagery of TikTok into three spaces: material space-cognitive attention, mental space-mental association, and relational space-emotional involvement. Based on the content analysis of 40 videos, we analyze the process of social media using cognition, association, and emotion as the starting points to increase the material space, expand the mental space, and expand the relational space.

In lumbar puncture surgery, compared with the conventional methodologies like computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging, ultrasound imaging offers the advantages of being low cost, no radiation and real-time image generation. Background: Immunotoxin is a hybrid protein consisting of a toxin moiety that is linked to a targeting moiety for the purpose of specific elimination of target cells. Compelling evidence has emerged to support a close relationship between metabolic syndrome and esophageal cancer (EC). Using five baseline metabolism-related markers, we constructed a metabolic risk score (MRS), aiming to test whether MRS can improve the prediction of postsurgical EC-specific mortality over traditional demographic and clinicopathologic characteristics. Background: To design the pulse information which includes the parameter of pulse-position, pulse-number, pulse-shape and pulse-force acquisition and analysis system with function of dynamic recognition, and research the digitalization and visualization of some common cardiovascular mechanism of single pulse.

Methods: To use some flexible sensors to catch the radial artery pressure pulse wave and utilize the high frequency B mode ultrasound scanning technology to synchronously obtain the information of radial extension and axial movement, by the way of dynamic images, then the gathered information was analyzed and processed together with ECG. Finally, the pulse information acquisition and analysis system was established which has the features of visualization and dynamic recognition, and it was applied to serve for ten healthy adults.
