The real-time measurement of the content of impurities such as iron and aluminium ions is one of the keys to quality evaluation in the production process of high-purity lithium carbonate; however, impurity detection has been a time-consuming process for many years, which limits the optimisation of the production of high-purity lithium carbonate. Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) was used to identify and analyze the main components of Da Hong Pao, Zunyi black tea, and Yunnan Pu'er tea extracts, explore the effects of brewing times on chemical composition, and analyze the differential components using chemometrics. Subsequently, network pharmacology and molecular docking techniques were employed to explore the potential active ingredients and mechanisms of action in combating hypertension (HTN). Microvessel hypoperfusion following ischemic stress resulted in a decreased shear stress of brain microvascular endothelial cells (BMECs) and contributed to abnormal expression of PECAM-1 after global cerebral ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) injury. Here, we identified novel pathophysiologic and rehabilitative procedures specific to shear stress in microvascular endothelial cells in response to global cerebral I/R injury. We found that the decrease in cerebral blood flow of gerbils after global cerebral I/R injury reduces shear stress, and the abnormal change in shear stress leads to microvascular endothelial cell and neuron damage.
