Introduction: Cystic Fibrosis (CF) is a multisystem autosomal recessive disease characterized by thick, sticky mucus which causes lung disease, pancreatic insufficiency, and many other manifestations. Constipation is a common complication in CF and few advances in treatment have been made until recent years. Linaclotide is a treatment approved for chronic idiopathic constipation and irritable bowel syndrome with constipation.

The only commonly reported dermatologic adverse effect with CFTR modulators including ELX-TEZ-IVA is rash. In this case series, we describe 19 patients who reported new onset or worsening of acne after initiation of this drug to their CF pharmacist or another member of their CF care team.

There were no documented reports of testicular pain during clinical trials. In this case series, we discuss 7 males between 17 and 39 years of age who reported testicular pain or discomfort within the first two weeks of starting therapy.
