Phylogenetic analysis of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus in Vietnam, 2021.

The porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV) causes more economic losses in the swine industry than any other virus. This study aimed to investigate the genetic diversity of PRRSV to assist in evaluating the effectiveness of PRRS vaccines. Twenty-eight samples from clinical cases were collected from 19 farms in seven provinces of Vietnam in 2021.
