Fatal hemorrhagic intracranial TB in a renal transplant recipient despite INH prophylaxis.

A 50-year-old ESRD who received LUR renal graft abroad. Since transplanted, he remained dependent on hemodialysis. The patient received steroid pulse therapy twice for rejecrion.
