[Pulmonary Arterioplasty with Autologous Pericardial Patch for Lung Cancer].

Three patients underwent left upper lobectomy with arterioplasty of left pulmonary artery trunk for lung cancer. For pulmonary arterioplasty, wide wedge resection and patch plasty with autologous pericardium was performed. No in-hospital death or no postoperative complications due to arterioplasty was encountered.
