Improvement of an unhealthy lifestyle decreases the risk of incidence and mortality from lifestyle-related disease. One method for the improvement of an unhealthy lifestyle is interviewing for health and consultation regarding a healthy lifestyle to recipients of health checkups by public health nurses.
