The Prognostic Impact of Hospital Transfer after Admission due to Acute Heart Failure.

The prognostic impact of transfer to another hospital among acute heart failure (AHF) patients has not been well elucidated.Of the 800 AHF patients analyzed, 682 patients were enrolled in this study for analysis. The subjects were divided into two groups according to their discharge location: discharge home (Group-H, n = 589) or transfer to another hospital for rehabilitation (Group-T, n = 93).
