Purpose: We investigated whether patients who have been issued a do-not-attempt-resuscitation order (DNAR) preoperatively (hereafter, DNAR patients) are informed of the DNAR code change when they undergo anesthesia. We also conducted a survey of the awareness of medical staff regarding perioperative DNARs, and investigated the current situation at a single-center in Japan.
Methods: For DNAR patients managed by anesthesiologists from January 2019 to September 2022, we retrospectively investigated whether the patient was informed of the DNAR code change or the DNAR was automatically suspended without explanation.
The endometrium during the sexual cycle undergoes detachment, tissue remodeling, and differentiation during the menstrual cycle. Localized and transient destruction and regeneration of endometrial tissue are also essential for pregnancy. It is possible to attribute many causes of failure in infertility treatment to the implantation stage.

In this study, we measured FOM during the Global Ocean Ship-based Hydrographic Investigations Program (GO-SHIP) expedition from early December 2019 to early February 2020, using an fluorometer at 148 stations along the two meridional transects (at ∼80 and ∼57°E) in the Indian Ocean, covering latitudinal ranges from ∼6°N to ∼20°S and ∼30 to ∼65°S, respectively. The FOM data obtained from the fluorometer were corrected for known temperature dependence and calibrated using FOM data measured onboard by a benchtop fluorometer.

The resulting N-doped P25 TiO2 materials were characterized by UV/Vis and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopies (XPS) that confirmed the presence of nitrogen within the photocatalyst; X-ray diffraction (XRD) techniques confirmed the crystalline phases of the doped material.

As the film thickness decreases to 50 nm, the out-of-plane lattice parameters decrease while the in-plane lattice ones increase due to the in-plane tensile strain. However, the relative dielectric constant (εr) at room temperature exhibits a negligible degradation as the film thickness decreases to 50 nm, suggesting that εr of (001)-oriented CaBi4Ti4O15 is less sensitive to the residual strain.
