Distress of Educators Teaching Nursing Students with Potential Learning Disabilities: A Qualitative Analysis.

Clinical training at Japanese nursing universities has an increasing need for individualized learning support for students with potential learning disabilities. Despite a high interest in student support, educators' difficulties are neglected. This study clarified the difficulties encountered by practical training instructors in delivering clinical training to nursing students with potential learning disabilities.
