TNF-alpha from monocyte of patients with pre-eclampsia-induced apoptosis in human trophoblast cell line.

Objective: In pre-eclampsia, fetal growth restriction is frequently observed, and the possible involvement of inhibitory substances on trophoblast cell proliferation and differentiation has been suggested.
