Improvement of Posterior Cruciate Ligament Buckling and Anterior Tibial Subluxation by Anterior Scar Removal of the Posterior Cruciate Ligament: A Case Report.

Posterior cruciate ligament (PCL) buckling and anterior tibial subluxation are observed in patients with insufficient anterior cruciate ligament (ACL). Here, we report the case of a patient after ACL reconstruction in whom these symptoms were improved by anterior scar resection of buckled PCL. The patient was a 46-year-old man.

Effect of One Session of Muscle Blood Flow Restriction Training Versus Normal Training on Blood Lactate Level.

Objectives: Blood flow restriction training (BFRT) is useful for improving muscle strength. However, it involves a long training time and is unsuitable for vigorous exercise. Muscle blood flow restriction training (MBFRT), which uses multiple parallel pneumatic cuffs (MPCs) to compress large areas of the extremities and restrict blood flow, was subsequently developed to address these issues.
