HOW the tourism & hospitality lecturers coped with the transition to online teaching due to COVID-19: An assessment of stressors, negative sentiments & coping strategies.

This study identified stressors and relevant coping strategies used by the hospitality & tourism lectures (N = 369) during Covid-19 around the globe. It also intended to reveal how intensely the coping strategies of scale contribute to forecasting the significant positive and negative result constructs. Stressors and coping strategies were measured by grouping them into -avoidant and approach coping.
