- Various concentrations of HAE (0, 50, 100, 500, and 1000 ppm) were tested, alongside a control group with a well-known antioxidant, BHT.
- Results showed the HAE at 500 ppm provided the best protection against oxidation, evidenced by lower peroxide values and higher levels of beneficial fatty acids compared to the BHT control.
