She was diagnosed as cT2N3M1, cStage Ⅳ TNBC because of metastasis in the right axilla, supraclavicular and internal mammary lymph node, and the contralateral supraclavicular lymph node in addition to the primary tumor. No obvious visceral metastasis was observed.
