SkyMap: a generative graph model for GNN benchmarking.

Graph Neural Networks (GNNs) have gained considerable attention in recent years. Despite the surge in innovative GNN architecture designs, research heavily relies on the same 5-10 benchmark datasets for validation. To address this limitation, several generative graph models like ALBTER or GenCAT have emerged, aiming to fix this problem with synthetic graph datasets.

Epidural anaesthesia: Simulated intravascular test dose with S(+) ketamine, lidocaine and adrenaline. A prospective, randomized, double blind and placebo controlled study.

Objective: The use of a test dose in epidural anaesthesia is a safety recommendation. However specificity and sensitivity of the drugs used with this indication have been not conclusive. The main objective of this study was to compare the effectiveness and the adverse effects of a simulated intravascular test dose of adrenaline, lidocaine and S(+)-ketamine.

Awareness with recall during general anaesthesia: a prospective observational evaluation of 4001 patients.

Background: We have prospectively evaluated the incidence and characteristics of awareness with recall (AWR) during general anaesthesia in a tertiary care hospital.

Methods: This study involves a prospective observational investigation of AWR in patients undergoing general anaesthesia. Blinded structured interviews were conducted in the postanaesthesia care unit, on postoperative day 7 and day 30.

[Patient with postpartum seizures: differential diagnosis].

Pre-eclampsia is a serious obstetric complication associated with a high rate of maternal and fetal morbidity and mortality. We report the case of a woman with a medical history of insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus and seizures possibly related to hypoglycemia who was admitted for an emergency cesarian due to severe pre-eclampsia and macrosomic fetus. In the first hour after delivery she experienced loss of consciousness and seizure, with vaginal bleeding and hypovolemic shock.
