Materials And Methods: From January 1, 2018, to December 31, 2019, 124 patients who underwent knee MRI within 90 days prior to knee surgery and whose medial meniscus surgically proved intact, with posterior root tear or posterior horn tear, were enrolled. Two radiologists who were blinded to the surgical results assessed the morphological changes in the superficial medial collateral ligament, including thickness, bowing angle, and presence of signal intensity alteration, and medial meniscus extrusion, according to the presence of tears in the posterior root of the medial meniscus or posterior horn of the medial meniscus using the chi-square test, one-way ANOVA, and Cohen's kappa test.

Hibernoma is a rare benign tumor that arises from vestiges of brown fat. Spinal intraosseous hibernoma has only recently been described in the literature, and only 12 cases have been reported to date due to its extreme rarity. Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness and long-term outcome predictors of percutaneous sacroplasty (PSP).
Methods: This single-center study assessed 40 patients with sacral insufficiency fractures using the short-axis technique under C-arm flat-panel detector computed tomography (CT). Two radiologists reviewed the patients' magnetic resonance and CT images to obtain imaging findings before PSP and determine technical success, respectively.
Heavily T2-weighted MR myelography (HT2W-MRM) is emerging as an alternative approach for detection and follow up of CSF leaks. We aimed to assess epidural blood patch (EBP) treatment outcome when using HT2W-MRM as the primary modality for detecting CSF leak and planning EBP placement in routine clinical practice. Since 2018, patients at our institute suspected of having CSF leak, routinely HT2W-MRM instead of CT myelography to determine presence of the leak and identify the EBP target site.

Materials And Methods: A total of 283 knees of 280 patients were retrospectively reviewed over a 9-month period. Thirty-one magnetic resonance images of patients with meniscal flounce were compared with those of age- and sex-matched control group (n = 62) without meniscal flounce.
Objective: To develop a deep learning algorithm that can rule out significant rotator cuff tear based on conventional shoulder radiographs in patients suspected of rotator cuff tear.
Methods: The algorithm was developed using 6793 shoulder radiograph series performed between January 2015 and June 2018, which were labeled based on ultrasound or MRI conducted within 90 days, and clinical information (age, sex, dominant side, history of trauma, degree of pain). The output was the probability of significant rotator cuff tear (supraspinatus/infraspinatus complex tear with > 50% of tendon thickness).
Purpose: To determine the prevalence of active inflammatory changes around the pubic symphysis on MRI scans in patients with axial spondyloarthritis, and to evaluate its association with clinical factors.
Method: A retrospective analysis of MRI scans of 128 patients clinically diagnosed with axial spondyloarthritis was performed to assess the presence of active inflammatory changes around the pubic symphysis (bone marrow edema/osteitis and enthesitis). The clinical factors of the patients with and without active inflammatory changes around the pubic symphysis were compared.
Purpose: To describe magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) findings in 10 cases of myelitis and to analyze these findings to aid in the diagnosis of this condition.
Materials And Methods: From June 2015 to March 2018, we retrospectively analyzed the electronic medical records and MR images of patients who were diagnosed with myelitis. The analysis of the MR images was based on a discussion between an experienced spinal radiologist and a radiology resident.
