Lymphoedema is the accumulation of fluids with the high-protein content in the intercellular space, which is the most common complication seen in patients with breast cancer. In this study, we discuss the case of a 67-year-old female operated case of the left modified radical mastectomy in 2012. After 9 years, she had recurrence on the right side and diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer Stage 3 B.
