Fenitrothion (FEN) is an organophosphate insecticidal agent that is considered as major source of organs toxicity. Saponarin (SAP) is a naturally occurring novel flavone that exhibits a wide range of medicinal properties. The current trial was conducted to evaluate the ameliorative potential of SAP against FEN instigated liver toxicity in rats.

Current treatment options are limited and increasingly ineffective due to viral mutations. This study aimed to identify potential drug candidates targeting the nucleoprotein of the H3N2 subtype of Influenza A virus.

Pratensein (PTN) is a novel flavonoid that exhibits marvelous medicinal properties. This experimental trial commenced to elucidate the pharmacotherapeutic strength of PTN to counteract MBN provoked liver toxicity in rats.

Oxymatrine is an alkaloid which has been selected and modified using various functional groups to enhance its efficacy. The modifications were evaluated using various computatioanal analysis such as pass prediction, molecular docking, ADMET, and molecular dynamic simulation.

Nevertheless, no pan-cancer analysis has been conducted to investigate the various aspects and behavior of this oncogene in different human cancerous tissues. Numerous databases were investigated to conduct a detailed analysis of CEP55.

Despite this elevated attention for ECT2 in oncology-related reports, there is no collective study to combine and integrate the expression and oncogenic behavior of ECT2 in a panel of human cancers. The current study started with a differential expression analysis of ECT2 in cancerous versus normal tissue.

Human Cytochrome P450 CYP2C9 enzyme belongs to the essential xenobiotic-metabolizing enzymes, producing ROS as a byproduct. Astaxanthin (ATX) is a powerful antioxidant that protects organs and tissues from the damaging effects of oxidative stress caused by various diseases.

Face-to-face teachings were suspended, and the teaching and learning process was shifted to the virtual mode. This was a formidable challenge for students, teachers, parents, guardians, and academic administrators.

Hereby, we aimed to report for the first time our experience from Upper Egypt through assessing the predictive role of signet ring cell component (SRCC) in the response to preoperative chemoradiotherapy (PCRT) and the impact of histological types (SRCC versus other types) on survival. This retrospective study analysed the medical records of 195 patients with locally advanced rectal cancer treated from 2011, to 2018.

This study aimed to examine the expression of these molecular classes of UC using simple panel of immunohistochemical markers.
Materials And Methods: Tissue sections from 192 specimens of UC were stained with FGFR3, CK5, CCNB1, HER-2, and P53.
Mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) is characterized by a clinically aggressive course with frequent relapse and poor survival. The p53 pathway is frequently dysregulated and p53 status predicts clinical outcome. In this report, we investigated whether modulation of p73 isoforms by diclofenac inhibits cell growth, induces apoptosis and/or cell cycle arrest in MCL relative to p53 status.

Therefore, we analyzed the expression of the pro-apoptotic TAp73 and anti-apoptotic ΔNp73 isoforms in cases of FL with normal or abnormal 1p36. We observed a significant increase in ΔNp73 expression and ΔNp73:TAp73 ratio, lower expression of cleaved caspase-3 and a higher frequency of Ki-67 and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) positive cells in cases of FL with abnormal 1p36.
