We investigated the clinical impact of elevated microsatellite instability at selected tetranucleotide (EMAST) repeats in the context of neoadjuvant chemotherapy (CTx) in gastric/gastro-oesophageal adenocarcinomas. We analysed 583 resected tumours (272 without and 311 after CTx) and 142 tumour biopsies before CTx. If at least two or three of the five tetranucleotide repeat markers tested showed instability, the tumours were defined as EMAST (2+) or EMAST (3+), respectively.

Method: An observational study was conducted in an integrated health care delivery system. Children ages 1-5 years (N = 13,370) were screened for ACEs at routine well-child visits between September 1, 2018 and May 31, 2019 in three pediatrics clinics.
Importance: Beginning in March 2020, case reports and case series linked the COVID-19 pandemic with an increased occurrence of chilblains, but this association has not been evaluated in an epidemiologic study.
Objective: To assess whether a correlation exists between COVID-19 incidence and chilblains incidence.
Design, Setting, And Participants: A retrospective cohort study was conducted within the Kaiser Permanente Northern California system from January 1, 2016, to December 31, 2020; health plan members of all ages were included.
