Introduction: Olmesartan is an angiotensin II receptor blocker, used to treat arterial hypertension. Severe digestive manifestations have been associated with olmesartan, including sprue-like enteropathy and lymphocytic colitis.
Observations: We report two cases of sprue-like enteropathy associated with olmesartan, leading to malabsorption syndrome related to villous atrophy.
Introduction: Mycobacterium chimaera ( M. chimaera) is a recently characterised bacterium that can cause life-threatening infections in small numbers of patients who undergo cardiopulmonary bypass during cardiac surgery. The likely mode of transmission is thought to occur through aerosolisation from contaminated water reservoirs.

Case Report: We report the case of a patient who developed a sudden facial diplegia, revealing neuroborreliosis proved by positive blood and cerebrospinal fluid serology.
Introduction: Intravesical bacillus Calmette-Guérin (BCG) therapy-associated articular complications are uncommon, occurring in only 0.5 to 1% of the patients.
Observations: We report two patients who were given intravesical BCG therapy for superficial bladder cancer.
Skeletal muscle involvement is uncommon in lymphoma, occurring in less than 1.5% of patients. We report the original case of a 61-year-old man who presented with pseudotumoral muscle lesions of the lower limbs, revealing non-Hodgkin T-cell lymphoma.

However, isolated ascites has rarely been described in patients with PAN. We observed a patient who had developed ascites revealing PAN, and because of suspected malignancy laparotomy and abdominal surgery were performed, including systematic total abdominal hysterectomy, bilateral salpingo-oophrectomy, submesocolic omontectomy and appendicectomy.

Case: We report the case of a 45-year-old man consulting for abdominal pain that was found to be due to a spontaneous splenic hematoma.
Intravascular large B-cell lymphoma (ILBCL) is a rare subtype of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (as currently recognized by the World Health Organization classification) and is characterized by proliferation of mature B-cells within the lumina of small and medium vessels. We report on a 66-year-old man who presented with a fever of undetermined origin, a splenomegaly, and an elevated lactate dehydrogenase level. The diagnosis of ILBCL was established by a bone marrow biopsy that showed CD20+ tumor cells confined within the lumina of sinuses.

Introduction: Tuberculous peritonitis, a major problem in developing country, occurs preferentially in immigrant population and in patients with acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS). Although rare in France, it did not disappear and epidemiological, clinical and therapeutic approach deserve to be reminded.
Exegesis: We reported 4 patients (immigrants in two cases), occurred in caucasian and African persons (one with AIDS).

Mycobacterium fortuitum is a rapidly growing, nontuberculous mycobacteria that has rarely been associated with central nervous system impairment. We describe the case of a patient who developed multiple cerebral abscesses revealing Mycobacterium fortuitum infection. Brain biopsy specimens showed suppurative, noncaseating, granulomatous inflammation consisting of epithelioid histiocytes and multinucleated giant cells.

Background: Neutrophilic skin disease includes several entities: Sweet syndrome, pyoderma gangrenosum, erythema elevatum diutium, Sneddon-Wilkinson sub-keratous pustulosis, and neutrophilic eccrine hidradenitis. We report two cases of aseptic abscesses which correspond to the deepest anatomoclinical form of neutrophilic dermatosis.
Case Reports: A 28-year-old man was hospitalized for fever and abdominal pain with bloody diarrhea in relation with Crohn's disease.
Purpose: Interferon alpha treatment for virus C hepatitis may be responsible for autoimmune thyroiditis. Relationships between thyroiditis and virus C infection are still debated. The aim of this study was to evaluate the existence of this association.
