The aim of this work was to investigate how robustness of plans to intrafraction motion is affected by plan geometry and complexity.

Background: Kisspeptin (KP) signaling in the brain is defined by the anatomical distribution of KP-producing neurons, their fibers, receptors, and connectivity. Technological advances have prompted a re-evaluation of these chemoanatomical aspects, originally studied in the early years after the discovery of KP and its receptor We have previously characterized(1) seven KP neuronal populations in the mouse brain at the mRNA level, including two novel populations, and examined their short-term response to gonadectomy.
Methods: In this study, we mapped KP fiber distribution in rats and mice using immunohistochemistry under intact and short- and long-term post-gonadectomy conditions.
Background: The advantages of active surveillance (AS) in low-risk prostate cancer (PC) have already been widely demonstrated. The 15-year results of the Prostate Testing for Cancer and Treatment (ProtecT) trial were published recently, reflecting worse oncological outcomes of their active monitoring programme (AMP) compared with radical prostatectomy (RP) or radiotherapy (RDT). Methods: Retrospective multicenter study of patients with IBD who received upadacitinib before 31st December 2022 and at least 12 weeks before the recruitment date.
Some autoimmune diseases, including rheumatoid arthritis (RA), are preceded by a critical subclinical phase of disease activity. Proactive clinical management is hampered by a lack of biological understanding of this subclinical 'at-risk' state and the changes underlying disease development. In a cross-sectional and longitudinal multi-omics study of peripheral immunity in the autoantibody-positive at-risk for RA period, we identified systemic inflammation, proinflammatory-skewed B cells, expanded Tfh17-like cells, epigenetic bias in naive T cells, TNF+IL1B+ monocytes resembling a synovial macrophage population, and CD4 T cell transcriptional features resembling those suppressed by abatacept (CTLA4-Ig) in RA patients.

Purpose: The Imaging Radiation Oncology Core (IROC) head and neck (H&N) phantom is used to credential institutions for intensity modulated radiation therapy delivery for all anatomic sites where delivery of modulated therapy is a primary challenge. This study evaluated how appropriate the use of this phantom is for varied clinical anatomy by evaluating how closely the IROC H&N phantom described clinical dose errors from beam modeling compared with various anatomic sites.
