The aim of the study - To improve the results of surgical treatment of combined occlusion-stenotic lesions of extracranial arteries and the aorto-iliac-femoral segment in conditions of high risk of development of reperfusion-reoxygenative complications. Objective - to increase the safety of revascularization in combined atherosclerotic occlusion of extracranial arteries, terminal aorta and the main arteries of the lower extremities in conditions of risk of reperfusion-reoxygenation syndrome. 87 patients with associated lesion of extracranial arteries and aorto-ileum-femoral segment were examined and treated surgically. In 64 patients various variants of atherosclerotic occlusion of the aorto-femoral segment were diagnosed, in 44 of which a stenotic occlusal process of the femur-popliteal segment was established.

Hemodynamic disorders in the testicles cause chronic organ hypoxia with damage of its stroma and seminiferous tubules, which plays a leading role in the pathogenesis of the testicular form of male infertility development. The aim of the work was to establish the features of ultrastructural reorganization of the testicles tissue and its vascular bed under circulatory hypoxia conditions and after restoration of blood flow in the organ. Venous congestion in abdominal inner organs in surgical diseases in patients with heart insufficiency may additionally impact biochemical indices of the blood and severity of endogenous intoxication (EI). Basing on the data obtained in the investigations, th was established, that the lower extremities bandaging promotes exit of the blood from depot, where it resides in a concentrated state in cellular and biochemical aspects. It promotes more effective accomplishment of hemodilution as well as reduction of the EI severity in taking of the autologous blood.
