Raman spectrum preprocessing method for automatic denoising and suppression of the fluorescent background. In this method, noise is reduced using wavelet transform, and a modified polynomial curve fitting method is implemented such that an algorithm can independently identify the optimal curve parameters for fluorescent background suppression. To address the problem of imbalanced datasets, the present study employed a synthetic minority oversampling technique to increase the volume of data in minority classes.

This study employed machine learning techniques to predict the rate of feline infectious peritonitis (FIP) diagnoses, with a specific focus on mutations in the spike protein gene of the feline coronavirus (FCoV). FIP is a fatal viral disease affecting the peritoneum of cats and is primarily caused by mutations in FCoV. Its diagnosis largely relies on evaluations of various biomarkers and clinical symptoms.

Raman spectroscopy can be used for accurately detecting pesticides and determining the chemical composition of a pesticide. To facilitate field detection, the present study used a portable Raman spectrometer for analysis. However, this spectrometer was found to be susceptible to noise interference and signal offsets, which increased the difficulty of pesticide identification.

Soil salinization is very complex and its evolution is affected by numerous interacting factors produce strong non-linear characteristics. This is the first time fractional order chaos theory has been applied to soil salinization-level classification to decrease uncertainty in salinization assessment, solve fuzzy problems, and analyze the spectrum chaotic features in soil with different levels of salinization. In this study, typical saline soil spectrum data from different human interference areas in Fukang City (Xinjiang) and salt index test data from an indoor chemical analysis laboratory are used as the base information source.

In this study we used a non-autonomous Chua's circuit, and the fractional Lorenz chaos system. This was combined with the Extension theory detection method to analyze the voltage signals. The bearing vibration signals, measured using an acceleration sensor, were introduced into the master and slave systems through a Chua's circuit.

The collision fault detection of a XXY stage is proposed for the first time in this paper. The stage characteristic signals are extracted and imported into the master and slave chaos error systems by signal filtering from the vibratory magnitude of the stage. The trajectory diagram is made from the chaos synchronization dynamic error signals E1 and E2.

Due to global energy crisis and severe environmental pollution, the photovoltaic (PV) system has become one of the most important renewable energy sources. Many previous studies on solar charger integrated system only focus on load charge control or switching Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) and charge control modes. This study used two-stage system, which allows the overall portable solar energy charging system to implement MPPT and optimal charge control of Li-ion battery simultaneously.

This study used the complex dynamic characteristics of chaotic systems and Bluetooth to explore the topic of wireless chaotic communication secrecy and develop a communication security system. The PID controller for chaos synchronization control was applied, and the optimum parameters of this PID controller were obtained using a Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm. Bluetooth was used to realize wireless transmissions, and a chaotic wireless communication security system was developed in the design concept of a chaotic communication security system.
