Enrichment of Fat Graft with Association of ASC and Nanofat in an Animal Model.

Introduction: Fat graft (FG) absorption rate varies from 20 to 80% in two years. Recently, several bioengineering techniques were applied to improve FG retention rate. Numerous studies investigated the use of adipocyte-derived stem cells (ASC) as FG enrichment.

REPLANTATION OF THE THUMB OR REVISION OF AMPUTATION: AN EPIDEMIOLOGICAL STUDY.

Objetive: This article presents a retrospective cohort study analyzing patients from IOT-FMUSP who underwent replantation or revision amputation procedures for traumatic thumb amputation between 2013 and 2020.

Methods: The study included 40 patients in the replanted group and 41 patients in the amputed group. The patients were divided according to the level of amputation and their medical records were analyzed.
