Bilateral Kuttner tumours of the lacrimal glands.

Kuttner Tumour is a chronic inflammatory disease diagnosed histologically. It is under-diagnosed due to lack of awareness of the disease. We present a case of a 40-year old female with recurrent upper lid swelling.
