E3 ubiquitin ligases are acknowledged as the principal catalysts in the ubiquitination process due to their capacity to identify, bind and recruit specific substrates for modification. However, knowledge about the expression patterns of E3 ligases and their contribution to the tumor heterogeneity of bladder cancer (BLCA) is still lacking. Here, we delineated two distinct subcategories of BLCA utilizing consensus clustering of variable expression patterns of E3 ligases from the TCGA database, outlining the functional characteristics and immune profiles of these subclusters.

In this study, we reviewed articles published in PubMed from 2013 to 2024 with SCH/hypothyroidism and MASLD as keywords. According to the studies retrieved, SCH increases the likelihood of developing MASLD.

To evaluate the feasibility, effectiveness and therapeutic outcomes of a novel pure retroperitoneoscopic extravesical bladder cuff excision (PREBE) in patients with upper tract urothelial carcinoma (UTUC), a retrospectively comparative study between PREBE and traditional laparoscopic nephroureterectomy (TLNU) was done in a single center. We retrospectively evaluated 72 patients diagnosed with UTUC at our hospital from January 2022 to January 2024. The patients who underwent TLNU (n = 35) and PREBE (n = 37) were consecutively enrolled.

The study of geothermal genesis mechanism is the basis for the evaluation and effective development of geothermal field resources. On the basis of previous research results, the formation mechanism of geothermal field in Qikexing Township was analysed and the geothermal resources were evaluated by identifying geothermal anomalies in the area. In this paper, two geothermal anomalies were identified based on remote sensing inversion, soil chemical exploration, shallow temperature measurement and the main heat-control fractures, and the distribution characteristics and causes of hot springs were comprehensively studied by means of hydrogeochemistry and isotope analysis.

Preparation and adsorption properties of microsphere geopolymers derived from calcium carbide slag and fly ash.

In this work, using fly ash and calcium carbide slag as mixed precursors, hydrogen peroxide and sodium dodecyl sulfate as mixed foaming agents, porous microsphere geopolymer was prepared by suspension curing technology to remove Cu (II) from aqueous solution. Because the Ca (OH) in calcium carbide slag effectively improves the pozzolana activity of fly ash, more C-S-H gel is produced in the geopolymerization process, and the foaming process makes the material have larger specific surface area and better adsorption properties. The results show that the specific surface area of the material is 63.
